Commercial catalysts hold significant value for their users.
We work with end users to assess options for their spent or damaged catalyst prior to material reclamation. In most cases, reclamation will recover a fraction of the market value of the metals and no value for the support if one is present. Our approach is to evaluate ways to re-work the catalysts through re-coating, drying, de-agglomeration or some other operation to render it fit for use again. We will demonstrate the process on a small scale single batch basis and allow our customers to evaluate the outcome prior to embarking on a campaign.
