The Western and Southern Open Tennis Tournament in Mason, Ohio was the site for RT Process Family Day this past weekend.  Employees and their families enjoyed a match-packed day, kids’ activities, and tasted some of the offerings from local restaurant vendors on site.  The company philosophy is to promote and encourage quality family time for all employees and supports this position with flexible schedules and family centered events several times per year.
