RT Process is pleased to announce that Robert Conrad has been promoted to lead training activities within the company. Rob has been with RT for one year and has quickly demonstrated an ability to understand and carry out all the processes he has been involved with. Furthermore, his patience and calm demeaner make him an ideal choice for the new position of corporate trainer.

Rob has an extensive manufacturing background holding positions in the paper, food, and flavor manufacturing industries. His background in management coupled with his expertise in FDA, HACCP, and GMP will create a strong foundation for the company’s training initiative.

Rob has resided in the area since graduating from high school and enjoys relaxing, video games, table top role-playing games, fishing, and hunting even though he hasn’t done the latter in quite some time now. His current personal endeavors include finding a house for his fiancée and stepson. Rob would also like to finally tie the knot with his lovely fiancée.
